Return & Exchange Duration

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 14 days will not be entertained.

Eligible Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Sale / discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Slight color difference due to screen or lighting

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. After verification, we will process your return or exchange.
